Making contributions to First State Super as a participating employer

If you would like to be a First State Super participating employer and would like to sign up employees online so they have access to automatic insurance cover (subject to eligibility) click the button below to join.

First State Super’s contribution processing system is very flexible and you can choose to send electronic or paper returns.

Submitting contribution data

Option 1 Online returns

  • Click on the EMPLOYER ACCOUNT LOGIN
  • Register for User ID and Password
  • Go the data entry tab to enter new members and send contribution data
  • Send payment (see options below)

Option 2 Paper-based returns

Please note that from 1 July 2007 where a tax file number has not been quoted to First State Super, concessional (employer) contributions will be taxed at the top marginal tax rate plus the Medicare levy and non-concessional (after tax) contributions cannot not be accepted and will be returned to the remitter.

Submitting your payment

You have four options for sending money to First State Super:

1. Electronic Funds Transfer (use your Employer Code as your unique identifier)
2. BPAY
3. Direct deposit (use your Employer Code as your unique identifier)
4. Cheque
