Family Law arrangementsYou may become a member of First State Super through a Family Law arrangement. This may occur where the Trustee receives instructions by way of an agreement between the parties to a marriage or by Court Order that a superannuation benefit of your spouse is to be split on marriage breakdown. Generally you may become a member of First State Super by completing the Member Application form at the back of the Member Booklet Product Disclosure Statement: Personal Members and the required amount can then be transferred into your new account in First State Super.
