Application to reduce or cancel insurance coverThe Trustee is required to ensure that a member has the most up to date information about the insurance cover available from the Fund at the time a member makes a decision about insurance. The Trustee has provided the latest information about insurance in the Member Booklet Supplement: Insurance (Employer Sponsored Members).
