Investment switches

You can make a request to switch your investments option/s by logging in to your account using your secure login details or you can complete a Choice of investment option form and mail or fax the form to us.

We can only process your instruction for an investment switch if you have correctly completed your instructions.

Because making an investment switch is an important change, we cannot accept your instruction to make a switch by any other method, eg. By telephone or email.

Changing personal details

You can update your details online via the member services website or alternatively you can download the form (PDF 150kb).
