Go paperless – get your statements online

Did you know that you can now choose to receive information from us online?

If you choose the online option, rather than receiving lots of paper from us, you’ll simply get an email telling you what’s available on the website, and how you can access it.

Going online is a much cleaner, cheaper and quicker way to get information to you so we encourage you to sign up.

Here’s how to go paperless

If you already have online access

  1. Click on the Member Account Login button
  2. Log in go to your account via the Member Account Login area
  3. On the HOME page click on the “update communication preferences” button 
  4. Make your choice  
  5. Tick the consent box and save your changes

You’re done! And remember, you can change your choices at any time

If you don’t have online access

  1. Click on the Member Account Login button – you’ll need your Member Number (it will be on your last benefit statement)
  2. Go to “Member Services – Register / Reset password” on the right hand side of the page and enter your details
  3. Press the “Continue” button - the system will create an automatic password that will be mailed to you that you can change once you have logged in
  4. On the HOME page click on the “update communication preferences” button
  5. Make your choice
  6. Tick the consent box and save your changes

You’re done! And remember, you can change your choices at any time.
