Apply to join the Personal Division of First State Super

HOW: Complete the Personal Division Member application form and return to us. If your employer offers Choice of Fund, ask your employer to pay superannuation guarantee contributions to First State Super. Complete the Standard Choice Form (PDF 192kb) and return it to your employer.

You can apply to join the Personal Division if you wish to invest in super and:

• you are not employed, or
• you are self employed, or
• your employer is not a First State Super employer.

Automatic joining through your employer

You do not need to complete an application form if you are employed by a First State Super employer and we receive the first contribution made by your employer on your behalf.

If First State Super is not your employer's default fund, you may have to complete a form to choose First State Super for your super - your employer will let you know.
