Are you working a second job?
If you are, why not ask your employer to send your super contributions to First State Super - the fund with the "best fee
deal"*. Having all your money in the one fund makes it much easier to manage, and you avoid the cost of paying two
sets of fees.
How to get your employer to contribute to First State Super
- If your employer offers choice of fund download the Standard Choice Form PDF 704kb (this includes the
Complying Super Fund notice that your employer will need) and return to your employer
How to consolidate your super
- Find out what proof of identity paperwork your previous fund(s) require to transfer your benefit to us.
- Complete the Request to transfer benefits into First State Super form PDF 177kb (a separate form is required for
each amount to be transferred from another fund) and mail it to First State Super along with your certified proof of
identity paperwork (a certified copy for each fund is required).
- First State Super will contact your other super fund(s) and start the transfer process.
- First State Super will write to you confirming that your previous account has been credited to your First State Super
account.
