First State Super has employed a company called Essential Research to conduct the surveys. Their research-based methodology gives First State Super the ability to understand our members – their values, their attitudes and their awareness of the issues impacting on their superannuation.

Essential Research is an Australian public affairs company specialising in market and membership research and was established to provide research-based communications strategies to progressive organisations (government, non-government & business) operating in the public domain.
