I have sent my nomination of beneficiaries details to First State Super but the details are not on my benefit statement. Why is this?

Answer

Members' 31 December First State Super statements contain information and transactions up to and including 31 December.

Where a transaction, change or update to a member’s personal details has occurred after 31 December the transaction, change or update will not be appear on the 31 December statement. However, the new details will appear on the following 30 June statements. This includes when a member sent the Fund a nomination of beneficiaries form that was processed after 31 December.
