I have sent my nomination of beneficiaries details to First State Super but the details are not on my benefit statement. Why is this?

Answer

Members' 30 June First State Super statements contain information and transactions up to and including 30 June.

Where a transaction, change or update to a member’s personal details has occurred after 30 June the transaction, change or update will not be appear on the 30 June statement. However, the new details will appear on the following 31 December statement. This includes when a member sent the Fund a nomination of beneficiaries form that was processed after 30 June.
