How often can I change my investment option?

Answer

You can change the investment options in which your current account balance is invested at any time. This is known as 'switching'. Your first switch each financial year is free of charge with subsequent switches in that financial year attracting a fee of $25. You can switch your investment option by downloading the Choice of Investment Option form or you can request a switch online once you log in to your account using your secure login details.

You can also change the investment options in which your future contributions and rollovers are invested. This can be done at any time and is always free of charge. This too can be done by downloading the Choice of Investment Option form or by logging into your account using your secure login details.
