Withdrawing from your super account

Your super can be accessed in certain circumstances where a 'condition of release' has been met. Tax may apply. Withdraw online now.

Financial hardship withdrawal

If you’re unable to cover your immediate living expenses, despite having received government support, and you’ve been with the fund for more than 6-months you may be able to access your super early through a financial hardship application. Apply online now.

Make extra withdrawals from your retirement account

This is on top of your regular income payments. You can now complete this online.

To consolidate online, you'll need to log in to your account online to begin your search.

  • If searching for the first time, you will need to verify your identity using two pieces of ID from the list provided. This could be a driver’s license and Medicare card. After ID verification, your search will begin automatically.
  • If you have searched before (within the last 12 months), a PIN code will be sent to your mobile to verify it’s you.
  • Review the super we’ve found and click the ‘consolidate’ button.
